A Way of Living

There is a whole in which we share that is ever moving.
The mover of the whole is unknowable.
For referring to it the sound ABBAH is used.
Without, in any way, defining ‘Abbah’ as a something thereby. Within Abbah there is Asha, which represents the human endeavour to relate in orientation to Abbah.

Experience & Awareness

The living in all of its knowable and unknowable aspects is called Experience.
The unknowable whole and its sharing potentiality is called Awareness.

Only living in Attunement to Awareness generates an unconditional Well-Being.

We are creatures of Awareness.
Between birth and death Awareness becomes expressed in Experience.

The first step is the recognition that there is Awareness.

Such recognition can be nurtured. Nâm is not something static.
It is not a truth.
It is a state of being.

Ethics of Attunement

The quality of daily living is determined by Habitual Programmes of Perception.

Nâm proposes a way of living in which detrimental Habitual Programmes of Perception are transformed into beneficial Habitual Programmes of Perception.

In the Ethics of Attunement ordinary living is determined by an effort to cultivate Loving-Kindness and Respect for all living knowable and unknowable.

Transcendence in Awareness is activated by attitudes of Humility, Awe, Wonder and Gratitude.
